Our Leadership
Andrew is ultimately responsible for ensuring that Solarity is a great company for all its stakeholders – customers, employees, partners, and shareholders. Andrew joined Solarity in 2008 as a Sales Executive. He was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2012 and President & CEO in 2019. Andrew received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Saint Louis University. In 2022, Andrew was named alumni entrepreneur of the year by his alma mater. In addition to Solarity, Andrew serves on the board for the American Health Information Management Association Foundation.
Carol joined Solarity in 1999 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Finance. She is responsible for leading the Accounting and Payroll Departments and oversees the Company’s financial operations. Carol has more than 25 years of accounting experience, previously as a staff accountant at a public accounting firm and in various accounting roles in other technology driven industries. Carol earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and has taken and passed the Certified Public Accountant exam.
Janet joined the Solarity team in 2011 as a Financial Analyst and now serves as Director of Accounting and Payroll. Janet leads the day-to-day operations of the Accounting and Payroll teams in the transformative effort to move from manual and paper processes to the best usage of direct data exchange with customers, vendors and employees. Janet graduated from Grand Canyon College with a Bachelor of Science Degree and brings prior accounting experience in the fields of banking, health and manufacturing to the Accounting team.
With more than 20 years of experience driving the design and development of software solutions for the management of highly sensitive data, Chez Tschetter leads the team changing the landscape of scanning and indexing software in healthcare. Serving as Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer, Chez is responsible for driving the continued evolution of Solarity’s patented scanning and indexing software.
Prior to joining Solarity, Chez co-founded an electronic payment processing company and served as the Director of Technology at a financial services institution. He also served as the Director of Access Technology at a nationwide telecommunications company where he was responsible for all internet operations.
Troy serves as VP of Software Engineering at Solarity. He has deep domain expertise and over 20 years of experience in healthcare IT and enterprise level software product development, and is passionate about improving patient care by applying software to automate complex clinical workflows. Prior to Solarity, Troy developed a Cardiovascular Information System and has since taken on various leadership roles to focus on staff and process development. At Solarity he embraces Agile/DevOps methodologies and has implemented these concepts, with a focus on continuous improvement and alignment with industry best practices, to help make the Solarity product line an industry leader in its domain.
Quentin Gillingham joined Solarity in 2006 serving various roles focused on delivering automation to improve exchanging of health information. Quentin is passionate about applying analytics and technology to design solutions for Solarity’s clients. Quentin’s current role, as Director of Operations, includes oversight of client support and services.
With more than 12 years of experience providing solutions that improve the management of health information, Travis Atchley is dedicated to assisting healthcare facilities improve quality and increase efficiency. In his role as Senior Vice President of Regional Sales, Travis is responsible for the growth of Solarity’s patented scanning and indexing software, and the complete satisfaction of new and existing healthcare clients.
With a decade of industry experience, Jeff Epner serves as Vice President of Professional Services. In this role, Jeff has responsibility for consulting implementations, including business analytics, customer training, project management office, and technical services. Prior to joining Solarity, Jeff worked for Cerner Corporation, a leading healthcare IT company. Jeff held a variety of leadership roles, including product delivery, training, technical project management, strategic client operations, and post-implementation delivery. Jeff graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing. In addition, he has earned HFMA’s Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification.
Chris is a proven leader who has shaped Solarity’s product development, quality assurance, and technical publication departments. Chris serves as Director of Software Development with a focus on application design, product architecture, and project implementation bringing the power of Solarity’s intelligent software processing to fruition.
Serving 25 years at Solarity in an operational role, Jim Horton is uniquely positioned to understand the evolution of the complete medical record in healthcare environments across North America. As Senior Vice President of Operations, Jim is responsible for all of client support, customer optimization and satisfaction. Jim oversees Solarity’s document review services, which are provided 24/7/365 to Solarity’s customers to ensure accurate indexing of medical records and access to the complete electronic chart in as little as one hour. Jim received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Drury University.
Jayme Boyd, Solarity’s Director of HR, is passionate about creating value for clients by attracting, engaging and retaining the right team of talented people. Jayme believes in a culture focused on continuous improvement and enjoys collaborating with leaders to meet the evolving needs of Solarity’s employees and clients. Jayme earned a Bachelors degree from Missouri State University and an MBA from Drury University. In addition, she is currently a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) through the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
As the Director of Infrastructure, Dustin is responsible for leading the team behind the development of Solarity’s SaaS platforms, IT environment and information security initiatives. A 24-year veteran technology professional, Dustin brings breadth of experiences from technology forward businesses, serving in leadership, engineering, operations, support, incident management and architectural roles across data center, SaaS, telecommunications, and healthcare industries. Dustin earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and a Master of Science in Information Assurance and Computer Security from Dakota State University.
